As a result of the emerging spirit of cohesion and collaboration, business divisions like the Unsecured Loans & Credit is now called the Unstoppable Limitless Conquerors (ULC), forming their Ready to Go Care Circles that prioritize people over profits, as awesome people work tirelessly again to serve their customers in the new modern world of banking.
This will be another turning that will unfold many, if not all of our attendees, to greater heights. The Talas University, powered by our Fire University™ enabled talent to drive phenomenal sales growth, with a 15 % CAGR growth in the last 5 years. Culture is the key driver to growth, with commitment and motivation scores above Ancilla’s norm, while receiving industry awards for Service and Leadership excellence through fired-up people. The Century Warrior Culture Building Program has spanned for half a decade, giving rise to emerging tribes with their power animal logos to strengthen further the team’s sense of warrior solidarity and identity, thus differentiating them from their competitive counterparts in the industry. The people up-firing journey continues with building their corporate university, Talas University, in partnership with World Stage International’s Fire University to offer talent-building courses in Leadership, Data Storytelling, Coaching, Negotiations, and Communications. Other business units of CPFI like the Emerging Business Division, Finance, Canned Meat, Human Resources, and Pacific Meat Canning took their own Fired Up trainings to enable business to grow through people.

The milk and food business units, including hundreds of their salespeople, came together in an extraordinary way to look at the VUCA world ahead from a more passionate and fired-up lens.

Fired Up and Ready to Go! became the slogan of the San Miguel Integrated Sales and teams in various business units like Purefoods-Hormel Company Inc. (PHC), Magnolia Inc., San Miguel Super Coffeemix, Inc. (SMSCCI) and San Miguel Foods, Inc. After a powerful National Sales Convention, San Miguel Foods embarked on a series of extreme team building activities that included an ultimate breakthrough tool of firewalking and rebar bending – all meant to ignite the collective spirit of collaboration and synergy to fire up the team into an even higher performing organization.

Rallying the team around the CEO’s vision of talent build-up, training people, minimizing talent attrition and enabling leaderful teams, we joined forces to come up with a powerful convention entitled Power Up Your Talent. The focus of the session was to build back the child-like faith and ambition and transmogrify as an enterprise, being nimble and lean to change for the better.
