The Century Warrior Culture Building Program has spanned for half a decade, giving rise to emerging tribes with their power animal logos to strengthen further the team’s sense of warrior solidarity and identity, thus differentiating them from their competitive counterparts in the industry. The people up-firing journey continues with building their corporate university, Talas University, in partnership with World Stage International’s Fire University to offer talent-building courses in Leadership, Data Storytelling, Coaching, Negotiations, and Communications.
